What these rug gripper pads are

Gripweave Non Slip Rug Gripper Pads are small rubber pads that sit between your rug and the floor. They add grip so runners, door mats and area rugs stay where you put them. The rubber surface holds onto hard flooring and the back of the rug at the same time.

The pads are black, so they blend in under the edges of most rugs. Each pad measures 15 x 11 x 11 in (38 x 28 x 28 cm). The set is washable and reusable. When the pads pick up dust or lint, just wipe them clean and they are ready to use again.

Sizes and pack options

Each pad is 15 x 11 x 11 in (38 x 28 x 28 cm). You pick the pack size when you order.

Pack What is included
4 pads 4 grippers plus 4 auxiliary stickers
8 pads 8 grippers plus 8 auxiliary stickers

The auxiliary stickers give you a second way to hold a corner down. Use them on rugs that need extra help staying flat, or on thin mats that slide easily.

Where they work best

These grippers suit many spots around the home:

  • Entryway runners and door mats
  • Kitchen runners in front of the sink or stove
  • Bathroom mats on tile
  • Bedside rugs
  • Living room area rugs on wood, tile or laminate

They work on hard, smooth floors. On carpet, grip can vary, so test one pad first. For long runners, place pads near each corner and one or two along the middle edges. For small mats, two pads at opposite corners are often enough.

How to fit them

  1. Clean and dry the floor and the back of the rug. Dust and grit weaken the grip.
  2. Peel the backing off a pad.
  3. Press the pad onto the back of the rug, close to a corner. Keep it just inside the edge so it stays hidden.
  4. Repeat at the other corners. Add pads along the edges of long runners.
  5. Set the rug down and press it flat with your hands.
  6. If a corner still lifts, add an auxiliary sticker under that corner.

Check the pads after a few days. If a rug shifts, move a pad closer to the spot that moves. You can also trim a pad to fit a narrow corner, though a full pad gives the most grip.

Care and reuse

These pads are washable and reusable. When grip drops, lift the pads and wipe them with a damp cloth. Let them dry fully, then press them back onto the rug. A quick wipe now and then keeps the rubber working. Avoid soaking the pads or putting them in a dryer. Store spare pads flat in a dry spot.

Questions

How many gripper pads come in a pack?

You can choose a pack of 4 pads or a pack of 8 pads. Each pack also includes auxiliary stickers, 4 with the 4 pad pack and 8 with the 8 pad pack.

What size is each rug gripper pad?

Each pad measures 15 x 11 x 11 in (38 x 28 x 28 cm). The size suits corners and edges of runners, mats and area rugs.

Can I use these pads on tile and wood floors?

Yes. The rubber grip works on hard, smooth floors like tile, wood and laminate. Clean the floor first so dust does not weaken the hold.

Are the pads washable and reusable?

Yes. Wipe them clean with a damp cloth, let them dry fully, then press them back onto the rug. They are made to be used again.
