The details we agree on when you order from StairGrip.
01Products and fit
Photos show the look of each piece. Measure every step or chair leg on its own and check the fit guide before you order. Stair treads need a suitable fixing method; we don't claim any safety certification or guaranteed slip resistance.
02Prices
Prices are in US dollars. Treads are sold one by one and chair caps in the pack size you choose. Delivery is shown separately and depends on the destination and order value.
03Delivery
Delivery is $6.95 in the US, UK and EU, free from $49, and a flat $17.95 everywhere else. Each product page shows the delivery time for your country.
04Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery and send the pieces back unused and unmodified within 14 days of approval. You pay the return shipping. See the right of withdrawal.
