Changed your mind, or the fit isn't right? You have 30 days from delivery to let us know.
01Let us know within 30 days
Request a return within 30 days of delivery with the online form. Check the fit before you fix anything down.
02Send it back within 14 days
Wait for the return instructions, then send the pieces back within 14 days of approval: unused, unmodified and complete, with no cuts, adhesive residue or fitted treads. You pay the standard return shipping.
03Your refund
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking the return.
04Damaged or incorrect pieces
Keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and a description. These are reviewed separately from change-of-mind returns.
