Delivery is $6.95 in the US, UK and EU, free from $49. Everywhere else, including Canada, it is a flat $17.95. Each product page shows the delivery time for your country. Request a return within 30 days of delivery.

One order, sometimes more packages
Pieces may travel separately, so treads and chair caps from one order can arrive on different days. When the carrier provides tracking, your order page links to it.
Import charges
Depending on the destination, orders may be charged import taxes or handling fees on arrival. These aren't included in the delivery charge.
Your address
Use a complete street address with the house number, ZIP code and any apartment details. If a package is late and your order page links to tracking, check it first, then get in touch.
Returns
Check the size and texture before you fix anything down. Request a return within 30 days of delivery, then wait for the return instructions before you send anything.
Send the pieces back unused, unmodified and complete within 14 days of approval, with no cuts, adhesive residue or fitted treads. You pay the standard return shipping.
Damaged or wrong pieces
Keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and a short description. These are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. Refunds go to your original payment method after we receive and check the return.
